    About the Job

    The ESG Reporting and Product Stewardship Specialist will contribute to driving ESG disclosure and transparency by managing the data collection and audit work-stream for sustainability reporting.

  • Manage ESG report and disclosure process start to finish. This includes but not limited to developing and maintaining the reporting platform, performance dashboards, tools, databases, etc.

  • Drive the internal collection of accurate ESG-related data including data validations and assurance processes within timeline. Develop annual Company progress report (Sustainability Report).

  • Collect, edit, verify, summarize, and present data regarding the Company’s ESG goals and key stakeholder requirements.

  • Follow ESG reporting trends and developments in ESG data disclosure landscape by staying abreast of changing regulatory and voluntary reporting requirements. Benchmark best practices and provide recommendations to continue improving ESG data disclosures.

  • Respond to external sustainability requests and surveys.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance scores by developing expertise in ratings methodologies.

  • Maintain documentation of processes and procedures around data collection, verification and audit.

  • Proactively identify and recommend process and technology solutions to continuously optimize the data collection, verification and audit processes.

  • Product Stewardship; manage process for REACH, conduct Blands reporting, and monitor package labeling and product exports.

  • Travel up to 5%.

    Required Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in a related field.

  • Licenses: Valid Driver’s license required.

  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and excellent writing and communication skills required.

  • Abilities: Ability to distill and communicate complex details and data into consumable insights required.

  • Behaviors: Work in a multi-functional global team with the ability to foster collaborative relationships.
